BTO Made Easier!

Thank you for your support in making AutoOne the largest Take-Out Writer in New York. To save you time and money, effective July 15, 2008, we reduced the amount of paperwork that you have to send in when submitting new business applications in our BTO Program!

For Liability Only applications, only the following documentation is required:

• Upload Confirmation Page with Application Number (through the web-rater)
• Down Payment Check
• Proof of Prior Insurance in NYAIP (All Declaration Pages)

For Full Coverage applications (if applicable), the following additional documentation is required:

• Copy of CARCO Photo Inspection Form, or
• Acknowledgement of Requirement for Photo Inspection

You must now retain the signed application and the premium finance agreement in your files rather than submitting them to AutoOne. However, these items will be subject to an AutoOne audit and may be requested at any time by AutoOne. You must retain these records for seven years and submit them within 48 hours of our request.
