Continuing our commitment and focus on upgrading applications, we have invested heavily to enhance the technological "tools in the toolbox" available to our claim professionals to allow them to provide fast and effective service.

Included in these changes is our claims imaging application, which allows for paperless claim handling, fast and efficient access to claims information and the ability for quick exchange of information. We also brought on line our claim correspondence application, Letter Maker, which allows for consistent, regulatory compliant letters and forms to be generated from a centralized application, and then centrally printed and mailed.

These changes will create a better claims experience for your customers in the unfortunate event they become involved in an accident. Your policy holders are able to report claims 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our experienced staff will guide them through the process every step of the way and get them back on the road with the least amount of disruption.
