Simplifying Visibility
nVision’s iVisibility Web tool provides shipment visibility in two ways. Shipment Status lets you track the statuses of your shipments in our system, whereas Shipment Tracking lets you track shipments on the carrier’s Web site.

In addition, carriers can send real-time shipment tracking messages by submitting a 214 — Shipment Status file. The information from the carrier file is uploaded in the nVision application so that you can have the most up-to-the-minute information available about your shipment.
Shipment Status
By specifying criteria as the screen below shows, you can search shipment statuses in nVision’s system by:
-
Carrier Name
- Tracking Number
- Purchase Order (PO) Number
- Master Bill of Lading (BOL) Number
- Customer Shipment Identifier

Once you have entered your criteria, the application displays a shipment list that shows all the shipments that match your criteria. You can sort shipments by selecting column headers, and the data is paged for convenience.

To see details about an individual shipment, simply select the Details link.

Shipment Tracking
Tracking is another iVisibility Web tool feature. It provides links to carrier Web sites that will let you track and trace shipments. By selecting the carrier’s hyperlink, you get immediate access to the carrier’s Web site and any additional information about your shipment.
The simplicity of these features gives you fast, accurate information about any shipment, any time.
