Coming Through Loud and Clear
As businesses realize that voice connectivity is just as important as data security, more and more look for a provider that can deliver on expectations. Many rely on Time Warner Telecom’s Business Continuity Services for voice customers, which offer three options to ensure connectivity in case of an emergency or natural disaster.
- Emergency Reroute – In case of an emergency and a company finds they are without voice services, a representative can notify Time Warner Telecom’s NOC 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The NOC can reroute all voice traffic for up to three pre-designated telephone numbers.
- Disaster Routing/Automatic Reroute – This service is designed for use in case of a true disaster—hurricane, tornado, or other similar situation. During a service disruption, or if all circuits are busy, Time Warner Telecom will automatically reroute calls from a business’ main number to a pre-designated number anywhere in the country. When voice services are restored, all calls will automatically return to normal routing.
- Remote Access to Call Forward – This proactive service enables businesses to choose a specific date and time to re-route all voice traffic. Perhaps a company is consolidating numerous locations into a single campus or wants to reroute traffic if an area was evacuated because of a storm. In either case, all voice traffic can be rerouted to another location without any inconvenience to their customers.
If you’re a business that conducts a great deal of your business over the phone or wants to remain in constant contact with customers, then Time Warner Telecom’s Business Continuity Services for voice services may be right for you. For more information, call your local Time Warner Telecom office or visit www.twtelecom.com.
