Sales Meeting & Awards

US Spine conducted its third annual sales training event at this year's North American Spine Society. Training was conducted on the Facet Fixation System, new Universal PLIF Instruments, Preference II Instruments and the Helical Flange technology, Element Bone Graft Substitute, and the Upcoming Anterior Cervical Plate. Representatives were given the full Phase 1 (Didactic) training for the Facet Gun, and those in attendance were able to translate this information into very effective sales presentations at the US Spine booth during the three convention days that followed.

The sales training meeting also served to highlight the development progress of US Spine's distribution network. At the first-ever sales training conducted by US Spine in 2004, 6 reps were in attendance, representing our only 4 distributors. Domestic coverage was estimated at 5%. This year, we had 37 representatives in attendance from 17 Distributors. Domestic coverage is estimated at approximately 50%, with negotiations in progress for three additional distributors that could increase domestic coverage another 15%. As our product offering continues to grow, so too does our distribution network, increasing the potential for strong sales in 2007.
